1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of account data processed by Harley AI, email support@tryharleyai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your company name, the connected advertising account name or ID if available, and the email address used to access Harley AI.
2. Disconnecting Platform Access
Customers can revoke application authorization directly from the connected platform account settings. For Meta, this may include removing the app connection from Facebook or Business settings. For TikTok, this may include revoking access from the TikTok Business authorization settings. You may also contact us for assistance with disconnecting authorized advertiser accounts.
3. What We Delete
After verification of the requester, we delete customer-authorized advertising account records that are no longer required to provide the service. This may include connected account metadata, campaign configuration records, reporting snapshots, uploaded creative metadata, and automation settings associated with the customer workspace.
4. Retained Records
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial accounting, dispute resolution, or audit logs. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are not used to continue advertising operations after access has been revoked.
5. Response Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the requester and the relevant customer workspace.
