Harley AI processes advertising account data that is necessary for customer-authorized campaign management, reporting, and rule-based optimization. This may include advertiser account identifiers, campaign names, campaign, ad group and ad configuration, approved creative asset metadata, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
2. How We Use Data
We use customer-authorized advertising data to display campaign performance, create or update campaign structures, upload approved creative assets, execute predefined optimization rules, maintain audit logs, and provide operational reports to authorized users.
3. TikTok and Platform Data
We only access TikTok Ads or Meta Ads accounts that advertiser owners explicitly authorize us to manage. We do not scrape TikTok content, collect personal TikTok user data, or access accounts without permission. Users may revoke platform authorization from the connected platform account settings or request disconnection through support.
4. Automation Rules
Rule-based actions are configured by authorized team members. Examples include pausing ads when cost thresholds are exceeded, adjusting budgets based on approved rules, or creating performance alerts. These actions are designed to be visible, logged, auditable, and reversible by the account operator.
