Harley AI is currently used for internal pilot advertisers and selected ecommerce advertisers that have explicitly authorized account access. We do not onboard public customers before platform API approval, and we do not access any advertiser account without customer authorization.
Expected usage is based on a small controlled pilot and early ecommerce advertiser workflows. The API is intended for customer-authorized campaign management, reporting, creative workflow, and rule-based optimization.
We plan to use TikTok API for Business to build an advertising management and optimization tool for ecommerce media buying. The tool reads customer-authorized advertiser account and campaign data, displays performance reports, creates or updates campaign structures, uploads approved creative materials, and applies customer-defined rules such as pausing low-performing ads or adjusting budgets.
